We are 3 days out to close on our 13 acre and remodeled home deal! We have been renting for a long time and are ready to start our own mini farm. We ended up very close to terminating the contract but at the last minute, with termination paperwork in hand, the seller accepted the much lower offer.
We will save 55k just in the offer! That means we will get to have a mortgage of around $650.
